SUP clothing for the winter

Everyone is different, some get hot quickly and others get cold quickly. The most commonly used SUP clothing for the winter are wetsuits. Especially the Long Johns and Long Janes. These are the most common models. The most commonly used thickness is 2/3 mm thick. If you are someone who gets cold easily then 4/5 mm is perfect.

SUP clothing for the summer

For your SUP outfit in the spring and summer, we recommend neoprene pants and a neoprene vest. Unless you get cold quickly, then you could possibly use a 2/3mm long john/jane wetsuit.
